audiophiles, and collectors all over the world. We are known for our high-quality work at reasonable prices.

Retro-Conversions - Bought a vintage PA or organ tube amp off of eBay? These little
jewels make great guitar amps and we convert them for you. We offer many different voice conversions
such as Fender, Marshall, Vox, etc. See our Retro-Conversion page for some examples of our work..
Vintage Hi-Fi Amps - We repair and restore vintage hi-fi amps like Fisher, McIntosh,
Craftsmen, Scott, Marantz, Harmon Kardon, Bogen,Eico, and Heathkit.
General Information About our Service
The information below will guide you through the process of getting your item serviced. If you have any questions,

Pricing We have a Diagnotic Bench fee of $25.00 to look at your item and
give you an estimate. It covers our cost of unpacking, troubleshooting, and repacking your item if you choose not to have
the repairs done.
We charge by the job and not by the hour. Once we have determined the problem with your item, we will submit to you
a written estimate for your approval before starting work.
Components We use high-grade components in all repairs. If you want special-grade
boutique components they are available at extra cost. Turn-Around Time Our
backlog varies, but it is usually around 4 weeks. Shipping All items
must be shipped to our location shown below. We do not have a drop off location.
Shipping charges both ways are to be paid by the customer. Items should be packed
as specified below: 1. Double box with a minimum of 2 inches of foam or peanuts surrounding the inner box. 2.
Tubes should be removed, bubble wrapped, and placed in a separate box. 3. Insure your item for
the maximum value of the item. Warranty All repairs are guaranteed
for 30 days. All tubes are guaranteed for 30 days. Please contact us before sending an item back
for warranty repair. Payment Terms PAYMENT AND SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT: Payment of the Diagnostic Bench fee of $25.00 is due with your order. Payment methods shown below:
Credit Card - If you want to pay with a credit card, we use PayPal. All payments for sales outside
the USA must be made with PayPal.
Money Order - We only take USPS money orders.
Checks - We do not take checks.
Cash - We do not take cash.
How To Send In An Item For Service
All items sent in for service should be packed as specified above and have a Customer Service Form
