The
FRENZEL FM - 5E3 SDR "Super Deluxe Reverb" is the reverb version of
our classic open chassis FRENZEL FM - 5E3 "Super Deluxe Plus" which has rave reviews from all
over the world. We have incorporated the most popular options from the "Deluxe Plus" which include the Effects Loop, and the Cathode/Fixed
bias selector switch.....plus we have also increased the power to 40 watts! (A lower 25 power version still available
if you do not need the extra power) Like the "Deluxe
Plus" the "Super Deluxe Reverb" was "INSPIRED"
by the classic Deluxe 5E3...but it is a much more than a clone. It has more power with 6L6's in place of the original
6V6's in the output......plus a lot more features....including Type F and Type M inputs and the vintage tube
driven long tank reverb for those vintage Fender reverb tones. This amp will produce tones you have never heard before! It
is a "gig ready" amp for the professional serious player! See features list below.

fixed biased 6L6's in the output in place of the original Deluxe cathode biased 6V6's to give you more power and headroom.
Preamp
and driver tubes are JJ12AX7 known for low noise and linearity. You may also use 12AT7's or 12AU7's for different
tones and overdrive.

Switch - Allows you to choose cathode bias for the classic "compressed blues" sound, or fixed bias for "dynamic
rock" sounds.

Tube compliment:
The amp comes with 4 - 12AX7, 2 - 6L6, 1 - 5U4, but you can substitute 12AT7's or 12AU7's in the preamp and driver
for different tones and overdrive sounds. You can also substitute 5881's, KT77's,KT88's, 6550's, or EL34's and KT66's ( Please note than when using EL34's or KT77's they will be running in Class B bias mode) in the output stage
for different sounds.
